2026 Fee Schedule Adjustments
On December 4th, 2025, the Commission adopted a new Regulatory Program Fee Schedule to be effective January 1st, 2026. Changes to the fee schedule apply an inflation-based adjustment of 3% to most of the Commission’s regulatory fees.
